Small White decals needed

I am reaching for someone that can run a single sheet of white decals for HO scale F1 cars. I am doing a presentation at the F1 race in Vegas with a replica track I have built and need to decorate 20 cars with 3 decals on each car. any help greatly appreciated   I was told I need to find someone with an ALPS printer.  I have the artwork

White decal paper and a punch or circle template of appropriate size? just remember "ho scale" slot cars  (I beleive they are 1:64) are not the same scale as HO scale trains (1:87) when you calculate the size. I assume you are looking for the roundels behind the numbers on historic race cars.
