bogger44 Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Haven't stopped in here in awhile, been a little AWOL with life's going's on. But in the meantime I did get another build wrapped up, the tried and true Revell kit. I added my usual plumbing under the hood, and drilled open the end of the air cleaner snorkle. During the photoshoot I noticed the radiator hose needed touch-up with some flat clear, so I did that tonight. Speaking of said piece, it wasn't the greatest fit, but just left it as-is. Same with the tail lights, not the best fit, and wish I would have tinkered with them a bit. Other changes I made were to swap in a set of rally wheels, and raised the stance a little as I feel like these kits tend to sit a bit low. I hosed the body down in Model Master Daytona Yellow lacquer. Overall a great little kit, a little surprised it's taken me this long to finally throw one of these '69 Camaros together. Thanks for looking and any comments/questions. 26
Matt Bacon Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Looks great… I must try one of these. The later designs don’t do anything for me, but that’s a stunner, especially in Yenko yellow! best, M.
XYHARRY Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Nice Yenko Camaro, I like that you put the rally wheels on. Well done Tony.
Zippi Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Great looking Camaro there Tony. That yellow looks Super nice and the engine bay looks pretty kewl. Nicely done man.
espo Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Beautiful paint and trim. The interior is also well done. The Rally Wheels always look right on these.
70Monte454 Posted Monday at 04:26 PM Posted Monday at 04:26 PM Wow, this model is incredible! The paint work and the wheels are absolutely outstanding.
