Repstock Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago (edited) After a few years, I finally finished this project. Everything is kitbashed or scratchbuilt. I need to find something new to focus on. Model is 1/25 scale. Boy, photos sure show flaws that aren't apparent in person. Well, my eyes aren't what they used to be. Edited 4 hours ago by Repstock 1
Zoom Zoom Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago That is amazing! Nice work 😎 Well worth the years of effort.
Kanada Kustoms Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Brilliant build... The weathering on the bottom and the attention to the inside take it way over the top!
Shark Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago My eyes must be bad too, I don't see any flaws, just excellent workmanship.
Big Messer Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Great model!. About the "flaws" (that I can't see) John Allen, a great model railroader from the 40's on, said that taking a picture of your model printed in a large format will show all unrealistic things or faults.
Phildaupho Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago This is absolutely fabulous. It brings back memories of a ski trip/road trip I took to Sun Valley with a couple of buddies in the earlier 1980's.
89AKurt Posted 57 minutes ago Posted 57 minutes ago I don't know much about motorhomes, but I remember these roaming around. That's awesome. Yea I take pictures during a WIP just to find flaws, just admit it and use as a tool. You must have taken a bunch of reference photos? And measurements? Drawings? I have a resin Futureliner from a GSL to do something with, this would be one idea. What did the chassis start as?
