Took some time to get this one but it has been started😄.

As for colors it was difficult, I thought about beige....really I did.

But the gf talked me into red, no metallic. Black interior.

There will be a What if...twist with this one.

So far trouble with the headers when installing the engine.

Couple changes coming.

I find that most kit headers are a battle especially with a wired engine. I do pin them to the heads in most builds.

I hoard up unused headers, striving for the best fit as I can get.

IIRC, the 1:25 Revellogram Camaro was based on their 1:12 kit. The bigger kit has a separate transmission crossmember, which makes installing the engine with the headers in place much easier. The 1:25 model has that crossmember molded in, making fitting the engine with the headers in place somewhat of a pain.

It's per the instructions, though, and has been a bugaboo of this kit - small block or big block versions - since it was released in 1990.

True Red

Looks orange ish in pic, budget phone cameras. I added Quick Shine to the paint and it sprayed well.

I'll see tomorrow and give the body one more coat.

Finished up the custom exhaust.
