Do you have trouble making small scale figures stay upright? Small plastic disks (tiddly winks) are the standing solution.

These could be scale-model people, signs, animals or trees. My solution will be to glue a small, thin flat plastic disk to the base of the figure to support it in an upright position. I could use a speck of silicone goop on the shoe sole bottom of a person figure, for instance. I could also use a speck of Fun Tak blue putty under each disk so hold it steady as on the top of a display shelf. This way it is not a permanent installation of the figure. I ordered some small, clear plastic disks from amazon that are 1/2 diameter and 2 mm thick. They could also be painted to match the surface the figure is standing upon.

I have some scale-model vehicles on display in my living room and some associated figures to go with them. I want to have scale people waiting by the door to get on my Corgi die-cast 1/50 Greyhound bus. I want some scale construction workers next to my 1/64 scale First Gear die-cast trailer truck with Kenworth tractor and Landoll lowboy with a scale Volvo loader on board.

But I need those for Bingo markers.

The last time I played bingo was in the army in 1990. It was at the enlisted club on post. They used those big red ink markers instead. I remember always losing. Your children might need them to play tiddlywinks. At 1/2" diameter they are definitely tiddlies and not winks.
