Extending the Chassis 2mm to get right wheelbase!Shaving of the rectangular increases left and right of the Cardan tunnel to make the chassis ffit deeper into body!

Yiew of the lengthened chassis from the underside and widening of the track 2mm driverside and 4mm passengerside

Engine with flattened carbs(on top and on the underside) and flattened intake manifold These mods to car,manifold and airfilter have to be done because of the lenghtening of the chassis the engines is 2mm further to the front and keeps the hood from closing!

Hollowing out the airfilter so that it sits lower on the carbs

Still tight between hood and airfilter!but now fits

I did one... well started one 15 years ago as a stock car. I took it out a few years back and stripped the paint, shot it in white... had decals adhesion issues... BACK IN THE BOX!!

I was able to open the wheel openings so the wheelbase was not an issue. But the rest of it was a major fit exercise.

The rear chrome bumper I have to revisit, now we have a decent chrome spray to help that.
