I've never considered the 2X clear for models but I do decant the black chair label Rustoleum lacquer and shoot that with the Paasche H over Createx acrylic and other combos of acrylics. Works great for me. And it polishes up real easy with Formula 1 Scratch Out..

Right now in this season I'm not modeling cars. I'm helping my wife pour various epoxy resin Christmas gifts, been fun to do with her !

Thanks Trevor, couple of blemishes, but not worth fixing and possibly mess up what I have. With Christmas on the doorstep and other things to do, I probably  won't get it finished until after Xmas early new year
