It did disappear for a while but now its back , with a steep increase in price . It is a great product , very similar to Tamiya's clear but a little thicker . I have been using them together for a while now . The Hobby Bunker has the flat , semi-gloss , and gloss , and the gloss comes in two types regular and U/V cut that has something to protect from sunlight .The U/V cut type is not necessary for our purposes but lately thats all they have been getting . It's 13 bucks for a tall can of the regular stuff but 15.50 for the U/V cut stuff . This last price increase has turned me off , as much as I like the product , enough is enough . I'm going back to my old can of Chroma-Clear and hardener . Kind of a pain to use but I still have some left over from painting a Jeep I owned years ago . Now that I think about it , that Chroma-clear is about twenty years old , and still shiney as new . Any way Mr Hobby super clear is still available as far as I can tell ...I'll stop by the Hobby Bunker and see if I can get some answers . Take care and see you around the clubhouse, Steve D.
