Revell makes a 1937 Ford pickup and 1937 Ford panel truck. That's as close to the '35 body style as you're going to find, to my knowledge. I'm not aware of any in resin, but I don't know everything. Lindberg makes a 1934 Ford pickup, but that's a completely different body style.
