Scalefinishes Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 (edited) I must admit I'm not a huge fan of the new Challenger, but I did like the round2 kit... After I got used to the way they engineered it anyway. The kit is actually really easy to build, and the parts fit flawlessly. There was an issue with sink marks on the deck lid, but was easy enough to fix. The decals are amazing, and you end up with almost two entire sets on the sheet. Overall a great kit, especially for a curbside. Okay, enough talk, onto the pics. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki The color is 60/70s Dodge high impact Green go. The interior is DV Dark Slate, an interior dye, that covers the round2 vinyl seats perfectly. Thanks for looking. Jameston Edited July 15, 2009 by Scalefinishes
JT Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 That's the only color it should ever be! I've got one of the original 71 Challengers molded in that color, need to get one of the new ones and "park" them next to each other. Thanks for the review on the round2 kit, I'll have to get one of them. If I ever get the chance to get a 1:1 version, it will be that color, if it came that way or not! Guest Mustang3.8 Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 (edited) Well done, bro! The green adds a real retro touch to it. I did mine in Gun Metal. Edited July 15, 2009 by Mustang3.8
