Custom made decal source?

I know there are decal making "kits" available for shlubs like me, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a "professional" (I think there's a fellow in MI) who will consider making small runs of custom decals, and in what format the artwork should be supplied. I'm not asking them to design them, but just to produce a handful of good quality sheets of decals using artwork I provide.
