Dr. Cranky Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 Well, let's see, I was working on my latest and suddenly I limo pulled up and a couple of execs from this company came to the workshop with a briefcase full of cash and they said, Hey, CRANKY! We'd love to sponsor this build . . . And suddently, well, I couldn't say now . . . LOL!!! Too bad we're not anywhere near April Fools!!!
Harry P. Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 Wouldn't that sponsor be more appropriate for a car that has a back seat???
Eshaver Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 Regardless of a sponser , it's an interesting build . It caught my eye and I don't generally look at a lot of models as the subject dosen't appeal to me . Still this car did , so you've already beat the odds ! Thanks for sharing ! Ed Shaver
made007 Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 i saw the process of the decals that you make on the wip, but i have i question, if i want to clear coat the deacls, it can be done?
Dr. Cranky Posted September 6, 2009 Author Posted September 6, 2009 Harry, there's all the space one needs up front. This is like a love chariot . . . the only problem might be is finding a willling participant! I would imagine the graphics can be clear coated, but I'm not about to try it . . . I mean if I did I would probably test it on a spare panel just to see if the ink doesn't run. I don't see why not though . . .
Dr. Cranky Posted September 6, 2009 Author Posted September 6, 2009 The plate says it all, I guess . . .
Janne Herajärvi Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 Veri nice, and plate says it all Great job..
RodneyBad Posted September 7, 2009 Posted September 7, 2009 That's one way to get a sponsor Your own label? Those rides have their own Fanclub of chicks. Great work..
