THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!!!! I GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!!!!! B-rad
lonewolf01 Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 i think a lot would agree , that it may be cheaper to just buy a new can as some ideas may be a little on the unsafe side. but if you want an idea place the can in a vice wrap two layers of towel around can snug vice down and use a small nail put a small hole in bottom edge let the pressure out then make hole bigger and pour paint out not a great idea but should work (me i would just buy another can just me)
B_rad88 Posted September 10, 2009 Author Posted September 10, 2009 ok, thank you! and i would buy another can, but the can was expensive. it had cost me about $5-$6! thank you for the help! Brandon
Lownslow Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 ive had that happen before, in my graffiti days before "Montana" his the scene wed freeze the cans(deep freezer) then we would pop off the tops to mix the colors. you can do that but make sure your fridge can get below the temp marked on the can.
B_rad88 Posted September 11, 2009 Author Posted September 11, 2009 really? ok, cool! how would i pop off the top? and i have a big deep freezer, so i know that would work! i just never did this before and i don't want a bunch of metal in my face! lol Thank you very much for your help! Brandon

Lownslow Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 (edited) ok, thank you for the advice! and i am sorry to here that! may i ask? what happened? if you don't mind me asking! first can wasnt cold enough. second can was cold enough but it was hot out so that explosion everyone warned me about happened, no shrapnel but plenty of paint i looked like Kano from mortal kombat. BTW i consulted a few friends and they dont recommend you do this they say its easier to gas out and pour Edited September 11, 2009 by Lownslow
Ddms Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 "Wuz up." How did you decide that the problem is not the nozzle? Ddms

Hmmm. Sounds like the nozzle is no good. Just checkin'. If all else fails, there's always a .22 at ten yards. Wear a raincoat and a helmet. Edited September 12, 2009 by Ddms
