Went and played photographer and judge at the Oregon Society of Scale Modelers Model Expo & Swap Meet today. Attendance was down about 20% from last year but the quality of models was up.

It was a great day there in Portland at the show, Great Show and Thanks For the First in class award for my 55 Cameo., This is my first, first place award. Also for the second place win for my 64 Ford Thunderbolt.

The placements were well deserved Dave. The thing I've noticed over the past couple of years is that the quality of builds showing up at contests/shows in the PNW has improved greatly. Everyone has stepped up their game. It sure has made our jobs more difficult when it comes to judging. Which is a nice problem to have.

Wow....talk about being TARDY....T.M. Dave told me that these pics where in this post and that they where here since Nov....It was a fun show. Got a few things and meet NEW folks. Annnnd...the photographer wasn't doing a bad job either!!!

Figured you had to wake up from that winter slumber sometime Gary. The show has been getting better each and every year. Looks like it might be time for a location with more floor space in the near future.
