Rudy Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 No, I'm not switching over to the dark side, just wondering what sites are out there for military modeling. I want to build a B-17 Flying fortress, and was looking to see what is out there....... I actually want to build a whole squadron of them to hang in an extra bedroom.... My grandafther flew in the 8th air force in a B-17 and B-24's...... Just been thinking about building a plane to try out my skills at airbrushing some camo and such. Would like to also build a B-29, and an A-10. Just didnt have much luck with the search engines for military modeling sites of the right kind. Still got lots of car in the works, in fact, i'm gonna go work on a couple hot rods now! Thanks, Rudy
ismaelg Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 For aircraft models, both military and civilian, Aircraft Resource Center forums are great. http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index.php I'm ismaelg over there as well.... Thanks,
