9t9hoelt Posted February 4, 2010 Share Posted February 4, 2010 Its a shame that only Perry's resin makes a 4x4 conversion kit for these models. Its even more of a shame its IFS. My 1:1 is a Tahoe.. and this is what I would like to do to mine someday.. I started out with the MPC 89 C1500 kit.. and converted it to a 2500 4X4. The front axle is a Dana 60 with the correct drive side drop (the axle you would need for a 1:1 SAS swap) using a coilover setup, amd the rear end is the corporate 14 bolt. I was going to make thit a 94 model, using the grille from the 96 tahoe kit, but unfortunatley it didnt fit. ps every time i use the "img" tags "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this board." comes up..
