Scott S Posted April 10, 2010 Author Posted April 10, 2010 Trailer progress at last... axle fwd axle back axles spread. air ride
Scott S Posted April 10, 2010 Author Posted April 10, 2010 I know it looks a little high, but with the fenders and the tool boxes in place it'll fill the void nicely, (plus i set it up to look empty) i welcome any comments, thanks Scott
Kostas Parchas Posted April 10, 2010 Posted April 10, 2010 Scott S, I love what you have done with the axles of the trailer!! The air ride is great! In my opinion, I like the look of your rig when the axles of the trailer are possitioned at the rear end. Kostas.

Kostas Parchas Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Scott, Thats the only way.... Thats our hobby!!! It happens sometimes that we must do & redo & redo things & parts as many times as it needed to make it look as real & as better it could in our eyes It is realy nice to have the oportunity to change the set up like it happens in real Kostas.

Scott S Posted April 17, 2010 Author Posted April 17, 2010 (edited) Kostas, so right you are..lol Thats what makes it so fun in my eyes. Heres some more progress pic's, tractor and trailer fenders are mounted, added "ticker box" to reefer, drain tubes, daul tanks, built a whole new ICC bumper patterned after the 1 on my Great dane, there will be removable tool boxes mtd between the trailer axles that can be slid off axles slid to proper spot and boxes reinstalled fwd or aft of suspension. still have to detail rear of box , lighting and some small details on tractor and she'll be mostly done.ignore crack on box @ left rear door, removed tail panel to add lighting, was a casualty. wont see it, gonna repaint rear doors and ICC bumper..DOHHH Edited April 17, 2010 by Scott S
