Can you solder photo etch?

Has anybody soldered photo etch? I need to solder some linkage to a brass rod for some carburators.

Wouldn't it be easier to just use superglue?

If the photoetch is brass or nickle silver it can be soldered. If it is stainless it can't, and superglue will work better.

Thanks guys. I am doing a Weber setup and had used CA before but thought of trying solder.

Mike, you can soft solder or silver solder stainless steel too. I used to do it all the time in the navy. We soft soldered all the drains in the steam tables on the mess deck. Don't know why though. lol

Tix flux and solder will work....a resistance iron with tweezer points will help......I'd go with the CA
