JamesW Posted April 4, 2010 Posted April 4, 2010 I started this a couple months ago. I was hoping to have it in primer today, but it got windy and then started raining, and it's supposed to be like that for the next few days. So I may have it primed by the end of next week. Here's a shot of 2 that are currently in the works.
JamesW Posted April 4, 2010 Author Posted April 4, 2010 Thanks Dave. The rims on the S-10 are from an Aoshima Toyota Hilux (as are the rims on the Ranger, and both chassis).
RodneyBad Posted April 4, 2010 Posted April 4, 2010 Great looking pair of trucks. Great looking wheels.
JamesW Posted April 4, 2010 Author Posted April 4, 2010 Thanks Rodney. I have another Ranger (fleetside) planned (also with Hilux rims and chassis).

JamesW Posted April 13, 2010 Author Posted April 13, 2010 (edited) lookin good! I'm not really a fan of bagged s10's but it's lookin good anyhow! Maybe it's just because I have a 1:1, don't think I'm ever going to bag it but will probly lower and go fast! My daily driver is a 94 S-10 Ext. Cab. I may never get around to bagging it, but I do plan on dropping it 4 inches all the way around some time this summer. also, don't chop the top, I thing it would look stupid, but thats just me again. I don't plan on it. Edited April 13, 2010 by grimreaper

JamesW Posted April 14, 2010 Author Posted April 14, 2010 The decals for this arrived today (thanks to diymirage) so I'll have some updates on it this weekend.
JamesW Posted April 18, 2010 Author Posted April 18, 2010 (edited) I have a little progress on this. I got the bed cover in paint and decaled, still needs clear. Please no one take offense to this. Since an S-10 is commonly refered to as a "Dime", and it's bagged, I got the idea to name it "Dimebag". So I had this decal made for it, thanks to diymirage. I also got the interior done. JamesW Posted May 2, 2010 Author Posted May 2, 2010 Well, in between rain drops yesterday I managed to get some clear down on the bed cover.
JamesW Posted May 4, 2010 Author Posted May 4, 2010 I was FINALLY able to get some color sprayed on this today. Once it's dry I'll spray the top coat, then it's clear, trim and then final assembly. I MIGHT actually have this one done by Sunday.
pharr7226 Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 Dimebag... pretty clever. Maybe you should turn it into a street pharmaceutical delivery vehicle. LOL.
