Never done it before, but I know what it is and how it works. Would it stick to the molded door handles? (the ones which are very faint)

It goes around curves and molded-in details like scripts, door handles, trim, etc. and it sticks (at least the "new and improved" stuff sticks!).

I also did the window cranks and door handles on the interior door panels, just haven't taken pictures of them, yet. And yes, that is BMF of the pedals, too!
