looking for top shelf decal person(s)

i was wondering if any one here, could point me in the direction of someone who does custom decals for 1/8 scale cars. they need to be able to do foil type decals (i need to have certification stickers reproduced) and i'd like to have a multitude of other things done. also looking for carbon fiber decals. don't care if you work from a home shop or a business. i need top shelf workmanship.

i can make some decals for you but i dont think i can meet all your demands

i have just a regular printer that prints on white or clear decal paper

What type of decals do you call top end? to me top end is screen printed

or are you looking for someone with an alps? that actually prints decals

Alps printers are still available brand new, as is all the ribbons etc if you wanted to set your own up

tony, very good question. i am looking for a top shelf decal person not necessarily top end decals. since i have no working knowledge of decals per say, the person i am looking for would need to have the experience to tell me what type of process would best suit my needs i.e. screen printed or alps or whatever. as i said earlier, i am not totally familiar with the processes at hand but, a specific need of mine does include some kind of decal that is either foil backed or simulates foil backed as i wish to have wheel manufacturer and certain certifaction decals reproduced.

at this time i don't believe i'm interested in purchasing my own printer. i've been told they are quite costly and since i only do 1 or 2 models a year. i'd find it hard to believe i could justify the cost and the time it takes to learn the operation. hence, i am looking for a top shelf decal person. are you a decal person?

also i became aware recently that there are companies that make ready made decals that simulate carbon fiber. i was wondering if anyone knew whether they did 1/8 carbon fiber decals and what those companies names are? thank you for inquiring.

Here is another web site to check out as they make the carbon fiber in different styles up to 1/12 scale. This size might work or if you talk to them maybe they can help, plus they do decals.
