Well the kit was missing one light so thats the theory I went with, the bumper has a slight twist upwards too. the wire is supposed to be a ground quick disconnect for the hydraulics

Thanks for the info, Phil, I never seen a loop like that on any lowriders before. I like your story and the fact you took lemons and made lemonade out of a missing piece. With some of the comp dancers I've seen on TV, it's a good thing a taillight is all that fell off!

I wish I had thought of that, I stuck a bolt under it to prop it up, thats why I took the pick from the rear
