Here's a '69 Corvette I just completed. I used Testor's emerald green with a 2 tone green interior. The kit had big wheels so I downsized to some other kit rally wheels. F/R bumpers were left off and the area filled. I also filled in the normal headlight location - you have to pretend the headlights are hidden behind the Riviera grille. I took the last 2 pics in a work in progress diorama.

Really nice. Good choice on the wheels and your carpet work is way beyond typical flocking. My C4's black carpeting had that kind of plush look, unlike most cars. I'd love to see some outdoor shots for a better indication of the green paint.

Thanks Skip & Andre. The flocking is plain ole Ken's Fuzzi Fur applied over undiluted Elmer's Glue. I run the flocking through a strainer, let it set a few minutes, and then tap it down. The next day I knock all the loose stuff off.

I think I should have BMFd the rear floor panel edges before flocking - maybe next time.

I'll try and get an outdoor pic tomorrow. I'm almost outta here to go cook burgers & dogs at the local VFW and I have a couple of stops to make on the way over.
