Old Coyote Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 ........ the Thunderbird driven by Stevie Reeves .......... I saw this car in three different colors ........... teal, light blue, and dark blue ........... didn't matter what the color was, Stevie just couldn't seem to get a handle on the big stock cars

I always enjoy seeing you classic NASCAR builds, even though I don't comment on all of them. Your work is great!

Stevie Reeves was a celebrated Sprint car driver who tried to make the switch to Nascar ............ unsuccessfully ..... and thank you for your kind words ......... they are much appreciated Edited June 17, 2010 by Old Coyote
Railfreak78 Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 Nice work on yet another car that was over looked. I like your builds of the not so famous cars and teams. To answer that questions Clabber Girl is baking powder. They sponsored a lot in the 90's in Busch and most remembered was on the #7 I believe. I think Jimmy Spencer even had it for a brief time.
Guest Johnny Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 I'm sitting here working on Terry Labonte's 94 Sunoco Olds and while waiting for paint to dry or glue to se I am looking through older posts here a lot I missed when the wife or i were in the hospital. She just saw your Srevie Reeves Clabber Girl and said "you have to build it!!!" Why??? Because like the Pillbury Dodge it is a product brand she uses! I'm building the Sunoco car because her dad used to own a Sunoco station! I have the Hut Sericklin Heinz Pontiac because, yep you guesed it her favorite Ketchup or is that catsup??? Cool looking build you did a really great job on it!
