I think he's running it tonight in the Busch, whoops sorry, Nationwide race. I just hope it stops raining, qualifying for the Sprint Cup got rained out!

By the way, the rained out qualifying stinks, Jr was on the pole for the 400 when the rains came, now he's got to start by points, that stinks!!

Dale JR Wins!!!! Awesome stuff and I like the new cars. Kinda shame that Chevy and Toyota didn't do anything like Dodge and Ford. Challenger and Mustang is cool. I'm surprised Chevy didn't do the Camaro. Toyota couldn't do anything if the wanted unless they brought back the Supra. Congrates JR fans!

According to what i have read it is just a one race deal and Jr said it would probably never happen again.

That's right, from what they were saying in the rain lengthen pre race for the 400 tonight, that will also be the last time Jr's in a 3 car, too. It was a nice tribute to his father, though!

I figured since a great thread always needs pictures, and seeing Dale Jr's beautiful tribute car in last nights Nationwide race, I thought I'd help bring back some more memories of Dale Sr's #3 Wrangler car. I've been a fan of Dale Sr's for a very long time, and he is still my favorite driver. I have accumulated a large collection of Dale Sr memorabilia through the years, and this has got to be one of my favorites. It is an Action Racing Collectables diecast from their "Dale: The Movie" line of 12 of Dale Sr's most memorable cars. This one is his winning car from May 17, 1987 at Charlotte Motor Speedway in "The Winston", the famous "Pass in the Grass" car. It's mounted on a custom display base and is weathered in what Action calls their "Raced" editions. Enjoy.
