Jeff Sauber Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Here's a resin body merc I picked up in a trade. It's the flinstone matranga thing [i think] Anyway, I put my own spin on things and here's what's left of it.
Guest Gramps-xrds Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Jeff, I'll have to admit, that's strangely unique and I kinda like it a lot. You've done a good job. The paint is killer and all the add-ons make it. I really like the port holes. I give it four thumbs up.
Dr. Cranky Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Classy and low slung, perfect. Another great job, buddy.
Greg Cullinan Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 Looks killer for sure, your paint work is awesome. Any tips?
Harry P. Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 Ditch the scoop and blower and you'd have something...
Karmodeler2 Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 Jeff,. I give it four thumbs up. So Gramps is true they have in-breeding in WV? Four thumbs? Just teasing you....I know what you were saying! David
Modelmartin Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 The scoop and dagmars are unique but they work. You definitely have a signature look to your models. Someone can see a model on the table and know right away that it is Sauber's! That is a good thing!
Modelmartin Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 they have in-breeding in WV? How about South Carolina?
Guest Johnny Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 Ditch the scoop and blower and you'd have something... I'm with Harry on this one, but then I'm not the builder who dreamed it up! Very unique build as so many of yours are!
rustybill1960 Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010  AWESOME!!!! thanks for sharing later russ
