jasoncamaro Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 (edited) Could someone please help me is it possible to put masking tape over Alclad or is it possible to clear Alclad and what clear works the best. I'm working on the AMT 66 Nova Pro Street and i want to paint the floor pan in Alclad polished aluminum and paint the chassis rails the body color so if anyone has a idea about the best way to do this any ideas are appreciated Edited July 31, 2010 by jasoncamaro
MikeMc Posted August 3, 2010 Posted August 3, 2010 Prime everything , let dry. Paint frame and clear. after dry, mask rails off then shoot your aluminum peel off the mask and your set.
