The "file to large" message is from whatever the system is that the forum uses for photo uploads, and has nothing to due with photobucket.

It is free unless your hitting the gold member or something like that. Or they maybe starting too charge.I got 2 accounts/pages with no charge. Hummm Photobucket, singup make a profile and or folders and done.
