DRG Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 All the members here share the same love of this Hobby. But we all have different tastes, different likes. There are certain cars that are just simply timeless in my opinion. 1927 Model T 1932 Five Window Coupe 1940 Ford Coupe 1949 Mercury 1941 Willy's 1950 Ford 1955/56/57/59 Chevy 1956 Ford. These are just some of what I consider the best cars ever built, from a performance and styling view point. What are YOUR classics??
Monte's Motors Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 (edited) '39 Chevy '48 Tucker : Oh what this company could have been. '49 Mercury '54 Buick '55 Chevy : Could be the most noted classic car. '59 Edsel : Always think of this one first. '59 Ford retractable hard top '66 Chevelle '69 Chevelle It's interesting when researching cars for paint schemes, how a person can learn SO MUCH extra about information. Before I started researching my builds I have NO IDEA of the different paint combinations. Now I know of Sport-tone, Spring-tone, Tri-tone, Flo-tone. Now I can tell the difference between a '55 and '56 Pontiac. As well as the difference between a '58 and '59 Mercury. Yes !!! Cars are an awesome artwork Edited September 26, 2010 by Monte's Motors
