Luv tha Merc. although it ain't a true classic. Should be a 272 c.i. w/o AC, not a 260/289 w/ AC and Power Brakes. :P

Still I vote for tha Merc, Luv tha Sunroof. 8)

ouch! well i guess i better wach out for what im writing or posting in

the future...But in my defence it was REALLY hard finding stock mercury

pics out there!! Really don't know much about mercs, mostly Ford-Lincoln, Chevys and European 50's-60's Fords that iv'e worked with...

And thats when it struck me how seldom ya see non-customized mercs out

there, and thought it would be great if someone arranged a Stock-mercury

buildoff or something, i'd sign up for it.

Maybe after a couple o months of build-time ya could have a little vote

for best performed build, best stock parts finding, and so on... That'b fun...

You sure I can't pick the '49?

Seriously, neither sets my heart racing, but I'll have to pick the Buick based on one detail; gotta love a car that has the model year right on the badge!
