lol i still cant believe ebay let them put that on, usually buy it now means BUY IT NOW lol. so i scrolled down thinkin they might have some pics so i could check it out and then i saw the fine print, 2 months till available or more. i was bummed out, what a tease!

For me I would be a little concerned about buying anything and paying for it outright 2 months prior to when it was due to be released for sale. I don't doubt for a moment that these on line shops are very reputable establishments and they will be true to their word. But consider what happens if the shop goes broke prior to release of the kit. Or if the shop owner is of ill repute and has no intention of supplying anyone any kits but taking their hard earned cash and disappearing. I think it would be more acceptable to take a deposit with final payment when the kits are released.

Just my thoughts.

im with you 100% dave, i was gonna buy them till i saw the fine print.....lol i figured id come tell everyone here at the forum so they could get in on the action before they were gone then id buy em. im glad i did cause thats when i doubled checked it out. ive allready got 2 orders in with 2 other companies when they come available, they dont want payment untill the model is ready for shipment. lol i just thought i hit the jackpot for a second and was gonna get one sooner!! ebay is an auction house so i dont see how that is on there.

Thanks for the info. As for the Freuhauf van, Road Boss, and Texaco tanker are they also coming out in 2011?

i believe their are some stores that have the van and roadboss allready, you can pic the van off ebay for $27.99 all day, and i think $29.99 for the road boss, the tanker should come out when the k123 hits the shelf, and oh yeah its the chrome tank also.
