Today's Haul

As far as models, nothing. However I did find a mesh strainer for my Purple Pond. It's about 4" ID, 2" tall with a solid bottom.

I bought it @ Dollar Tree. I will probably add a wire handle for retrieval and just take to my sink for soapy bathing and brushing.

I had spied a suggestion recently about a jewelery cleanig bucket and thot a strainer would work as well. Didn't want to snitch my wife's

from the kitchen. lol. Good Pik'ns.

I got a plastic minnow bucket that is perfect for soaking parts the basket lifts out of the "water" making it ideal for part soaking it was about 10.00 which is a pretty good deal. I have had it full for a few months and no problems.

If it's stainless, should be ok. That stuff doesn't seem to affect it at all. Now aluminum, that's a whole 'nuther story. It'll eat aluminum like Stone Cold chugs beer! I have seen it eat right though a pop can in 20 miniutes.
