You could put any sleeper on any truck but there's going to be a little work involved. For instance the 4300 has a smaller rear cab window than the Mack so you would need to do some modification there. The pass through boot of the 4300 sleeper is a bit long so I would suggest cutting the molded on boot completely off the 4300 sleeper, widening the opening and then make a new boot. You could even make it a walk in rather that a crawl though. Next issue would be height. I don't have a Mack cab and 4300 sleeper in front of me but I'm pretty sure the Mack cab may be a bit shorter in height compared to the 4300 sleeper. As long as you can get your pass through areas to line up, your good.
