P/E Sparco seat belt help

I got the 1/24 Eduard Sparco set and I'm putting it into my McLaren M8D but I'm having a heck of a time getting the center latch put together. The instructions seem pretty darn vague to me and could use some help. Thanks

Those are a 5 point cam lock style harness.

Thanks, I think I can get it now, I was thinking that there were tabs that you hooked the belts into but it looks like they lust slip in and get glued. I can also see why everyone uses a cloth belt instead of those P/E ones.
