Warped frame rails

So I have a couple of old kits out and we have some major warping of the frame frames. Just looking

for some help in the best way to straighten them, hot water, blower dryer ???

Any assitance would be appreciated.

A last resort is to use some hot water, put it in and bend it to how it should be, take it out and put it into cold water soon after.

has worked for me in the past.
