simonr Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 This is my build of the 1/24 Union Ferrari 330 P4. This was the car that placed 2nd at the 1967 Le Mans. The now available Fujimi kit was in the limbo for some time, but, now is avilable. A couple of years ago I wanted to have a 330 P4 in my collection, so, the only options I had was either try a 1/43, wich I saw real expesive( I saw $700 and a $2,000 kits) or the option I took, the old Union(original Heller)version. With this one I had to do a lot of add on parts, and some scratchbuilding. I used the recommeded color for it, lacquer Gunze Sangyo Mr. Color Red Madder, which I was lucky enough to get one of the last jars from greatmodels.com. Here is it with some my other historical racers, the Wave(heller) Le Mans 1969 2nd place Porsche 908LH and the old IMC 1964 Le Mans GT-40. Simon Rivera
