According to Wikipedia, they're slightly bigger than N scale.

N scale is a popular model railway scale/track gauge. Depending on the manufacturer (or country), the scale ranges from 1:148 to 1:160.

so the 1:148th is a little larger then 1:160th right?

This is a 1:160 scale kit I have, and might help you in jugding the size.

This is it compared to your normal 1/4 oz Testors paint jar.

lets, for fun, use 1:148 as our scale

that makes this vehicle 5180 mm long and 2516 mm wide

thats 204.9 inches by 99 inches

thats 10 inches longer and 12.5 inches wider then an H1 hummer

or 3 inches shorter and 23 inches wider then a 69 charger

I had a lot of Micro Machines when i was younger, and Like Hot-Wheels, the scale varies between subject matter... and In all honesty, they are far from Accurate.

Like they said, they are slightly bigger than N scale, but they didn't say what scale they are exactly.
