evilone Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 Ok i found some cool dicasts that i decided to modify. But theres a twist that you'll see in the upcoming pics. Mini 57 chevy interior tub and chassis proof its a dicast
evilone Posted May 3, 2011 Author Posted May 3, 2011 So after i painted the other 3 (secret builds no pics yet) i decided to see what i can find in my garage. I found all my micro machines that i had when i was a small tike. I chose a couple trucks and decided since they are plastic that i would try to light them up. One of the trucks next to a hotwheel next to a 1:24th
evilone Posted May 3, 2011 Author Posted May 3, 2011 After learning just how small it is i went with the diorama base to hide the lights, switch, batteries, and circuit for the bar lights. im still lost on what scale these are but this wont stop me from making more lol
evilone Posted May 3, 2011 Author Posted May 3, 2011 i like where this is going thanks i just need to make some 520's for it and another build. plus theres a though of hydro's and batteries.
evilone Posted May 3, 2011 Author Posted May 3, 2011 i like the fiber optic illumination, i have to try it Do it on a 1:24th first bro. After i did it on these i found it to be a huge pain to run them due to the fact if you kink them thats it you have to cut the optic before the kink.
evilone Posted May 7, 2011 Author Posted May 7, 2011 foil and final coat of clear done on the mini nightmare
