Kauai420air Posted June 10, 2011 Author Posted June 10, 2011 23 inch ones are to small so like 26-30 inch in 1/24 scale it's for two of my projects the silverodo SS and the cadallac escalade. Thank you Aloha
diymirage Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 why not just use some rolling stock from a 1/20, 1/18 or 1/16 scale car ? it will have much better proportions and you actually get a tire instead of the deathtrap rubber bands that would be on real 26ers

whale392 Posted June 15, 2011 Posted June 15, 2011 Pegasus offers 19" and 23" sleeves. If you are going 26", why not score a set of the rims in the Revell UPTOWN series kits, or some of their DONK offerings and (if need be) shell them and glue the wheel center you want into them?
Kauai420air Posted June 15, 2011 Author Posted June 15, 2011 Thanks for tour guys help. I did some searching around. And I ended up at home depot. I found some PVC pipe not the white or black one it's like ivory color. I sanded a lip on it and got the wheels of my Cadillac escalade and shaves it alittle bit and put it in the pipe so I now have a deep dish wheel. I still got to take pic and put it on here. It will be up soon. Aloha
tooltas Posted July 4, 2011 Posted July 4, 2011 i use a set off uptown 26 wide one cut the back off an used its tires on them i use them on a 99 chevy truck
Guest Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 (edited) I bought some wheels on ebay that scaled out to 27". I still see them on there all of the time. I can't remember the maker of them. They come with disc brakes and metal axles. I used them on a couple of builds, but later took them off. Edited January 1, 2012 by plowboy
