What kind of tool do I need to flare small aluminum tubing like we use for exhaust? Where do I get such tool? Any tips on doing this?

Use a pencil...I usually run a #11 blade on the inside to deburr and make it a bit thinner I use a length of dowel, but a pencil will work...push and roll on a flat piece of glass ;)

Dan Himmel from the straight line modelers makes a perfect little tool to flare tubing. I made a short video on using it on my Youtube account here...

I made the flares using a small hammer, a punch, and a chunk of steel for an anvil. Gotta tap slow to keep from deforming the tube...
