chris coller Posted June 29, 2011 Posted June 29, 2011 Alright, I decided to start building again after a little over a year of painting slot car bodies. I bought the Scale Motorsport super detail kit at the NNL East last year and was amped up to build the car. After some mulling around over what car I wanted to do I decided on the Le Mans 2008 Corvette. Nice little project to breakout of the slump. I have purchased Colorado decals for the car and I must say they are very nice. I was skeptical as I have never heard of them. I was pleasantly surprised when I received them in the mail. What I have so far is the inner interior tub and wheel wells carbon fibered and cleared, the body painted Velocity Yellow with the black accents, along with engine cover carbon fibered as well. I plan on having this and My A.J. Foyt Copenhagen Lola indy car done by September for the Super September Showdown in Gilbertsville,PA. Here's to wishful thinking. So here is what I have so far...............
