My wife sometimes says that about me.

Mine used to say that too.

She's not my wife anymore...

My ex would still say I'm a pain in the ass.

I almost forgot a few that are my pet peeves...

1. Wrinkle walled slicks that depict the model on launch with those big wrinkles in them. Those wrinkles ONLY appear when the car is being launched from the starting line. Some wrinkle walls when aired down quite a bit will show wrinkles "in both directions" when at rest but it's a lot more rare than showing no wrinkles at all at rest.

2. If the builder chooses to have those wrinkle walls on the model, having the wrinkles pointed in the wrong direction. Under launch, the wrinkles will extend from the rim towards the FRONT of the car, not to the rear.

3. Calling any car with a raised front end a gasser. The gas classes were meant to include cars that could be registered and driven on the street. The rules called for a full cooling system, full interiors, unmodified bodies and a host of other things. Not to mention that the max engine height was only 24" above the ground as measured at the crank centerline. So these so-called Gassers, with a sky high front end and an engine crank that was way above the top of the tires would never have been allowed to run as a Gasser. Now of course this does not include the "Match racers" which didn't run in the regular classes. Those Gassers stretched the rules a lot to be sure. But please, if you want to run it as a gasser, please please put a radiator in it!

4. In the same vein, incorrect decals on the car. Decals that say AA/GS when the car is injected. Or C/G when the car is supercharged...etc.
