catd11rpusher Posted July 4, 2011 Posted July 4, 2011 I got a truck off line that the engine is partialy built, How do I take it apart and remove the glue, like pull it apart without breaking anything.

cowboysevens Posted July 4, 2011 Posted July 4, 2011 i also use a scribing tool and scrape the joint with the point to help seperate the parts then pry with another tool like butter knife or something, lol just dont let the wife know hee hee hee
butchey Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 ya what justen said is what i do but first i give purple bath then wash put in freezer pops right apart never had any yet that hasn;t seems older better to come apart.
cowboysevens Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 What is the purple bath and where do you get it? That seems like it would help because Ive gor some things that wont come apart! "purple bath" is castrol super clean or purple power at wallmart. it removes paint and chrome without harming the plastic.
