JAFFA Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 Hya people, ive been thinkin lately, im a BIG cragar fan, n it would be real sweet to know exactly wich cragar rims are availible in scale, im fairly sure that my favi r330, aint out there but, well, a chart of whats there would be sweet! http://www.cragar.com/Wheels.asp
Guest zebm1 Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 I know that AMT kitted some of those wheels, but I think they were done back in tha 60s kits. Dang ifn I can remember which ones though. zeb
Marc @ MPC Motorsports Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 The AMT '70.5 Baldwin Motion Camaro has a nice set of big 'n little S/S rims.
455 Rocket Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 MRC used to make a tire and wheel set with 15" Crager S/S rims. Also, I have early issues of AMT's '65 El Camino and Chevelle wagon that have these rims. It's been over 25 years since I built them, but I would assume they came with both kits.
John Pol Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 The 72 aand 66 AMT Nova has real nice ones to hope this helps you out. John Pol
Guest roadkill2525 Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 The Revell 67 Charger has S/S and the 67 GTX has Keystones. The R/M 70 Buick GSX has Super Spokes.
RyanSilva Posted April 17, 2007 Posted April 17, 2007 AMT 1970 Impala has the best cragars, they are a 15x7 look and it has ''cragar'' logo on the cap. Another ok source is the 50 ford convertible.
Crazy Ed Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 The current AMT/ERTL '65 El Camino (#31741) still has the Cragers with Logo Ed Erbeck Jr.
Guest roadkill2525 Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 the 330's are the Super Spokes, they're in the R-M 1970 Buick GSX. The rears are wider and use the bigger tire. I'll trade you the set plus the rear tires for something?
dj89sse Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 The AMT/Ertl 1957 Ford Fairlane has wheels that are very similar to the series 330's that you are looking for.
BigPoppa Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 AMT 1970 Impala has the best cragars, they are a 15x7 look and it has ''cragar'' logo on the cap. Another ok source is the 50 ford convertible. x2, real nice.
