steelerdan43 Posted April 21, 2007 Posted April 21, 2007 Here are some photo's of the bike I am currently working on....
MonoPed Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 Nice work - especially layin' all those decals down!
steelerdan43 Posted April 22, 2007 Author Posted April 22, 2007 its definatley the most complicated decal set I've ever done, all the graphics on the front except for the number and the orange directly above and below are separate pieces. The Repsol, Rossi Moto logos are also individual decals too. I bit off a little more than I could chew
steelerdan43 Posted May 4, 2007 Author Posted May 4, 2007 Ok here's a little update, finished the swingarm, mounted the motor on the frame, and started the forks... Hope to have it done for a show the weekend of the 19th. These bikes are some of the most detailed out of the box models I've ever seen, quite enjoyable to build
steelerdan43 Posted May 8, 2007 Author Posted May 8, 2007 Another update.... Getting close! Sorry for the bad photography
Modelmartin Posted May 14, 2007 Posted May 14, 2007 Very cool! Tamiya bike kits are so much fun. I have to get back to them. Great job, Dan!
Tuffy's Garage Posted May 14, 2007 Posted May 14, 2007 Great Job I just got that kit the other day. I have a few more to finish before I get to it though. Charlie
