Ajay Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 Managed to finish this one off today. It's the Revell kit pretty much oob except for grille & rear window louvres both from AF/X resin. I deepened the front bumper slighty and swapped the stock rims for Aoshima Luxy type 4's with trim rings.Tyres are SAS Advan's - I had to cut out the inner wheelwells to lower the ride height. Colour is Tamiya Mica Blue. No engine shots as it's just kerbside. Couldn't resist this last pic Thanks for looking Andy
Nick F40 Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 Wow, very nice! My favorite paint scheme and I love the wheels! 8)

Harold Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 Really sweet. I don't know which one I like better- the red one or the blue. Hmmmmmm, well, I've always been partial to red...Beautiful work.
Ajay Posted April 23, 2007 Author Posted April 23, 2007 Those are killer. What base color did you use on the Mica Blue? Thanks. Doug Hi Doug I'd run out of silver so I used Vauxhall Platinum metallic as the base coat - very similar to Tamiya Champagne Gold. Cheers Andy BTW/ Thanks for the comments everybody
