Managed to finish this one off today. It's the Revell kit pretty much oob except for grille & rear window louvres both from AF/X resin. I deepened the front bumper slighty and swapped the stock rims for Aoshima Luxy type 4's with trim rings.Tyres are SAS Advan's - I had to cut out the inner wheelwells to lower the ride height. Colour is Tamiya Mica Blue. No engine shots as it's just kerbside.

Really sweet. I don't know which one I like better- the red one or the blue. Hmmmmmm, well, I've always been partial to red...Beautiful work.

Those are killer.

What base color did you use on the Mica Blue?

Thanks.

Doug

Hi Doug

I'd run out of silver so I used Vauxhall Platinum metallic as the base coat - very similar to Tamiya Champagne Gold.

Cheers

Andy
