106miles Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 Hi - just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. Haven't been building models long, but it is a nice change from working on my 1:1 '73 MGB restoration. With two young daughters and a house to take care of, I can't find the time for welding/cutting/grinding on a full size car. But, pulling a model out and getting a couple things done is a real nice alternative! I'm really enjoying the projects people post and the tips. Below are some pics of a Revell '69 Charger I'm working on - nothing great..went with black Krylon and some 1:1 automotive clear I had around. I made some plug wires with the metal from bag ties. The 440 is a much better orange in person! Bill
