I almost picked this kit up at the local Hobbytown store, but I passed and bought a Revell '70 Chevelle instead. It was pretty tempting though! Looks like it's a good kit...yours looks fantastic in all black!

Thanks for taking time to comment on my build. It was a fun one!

Thanks, too, John...the diorama is a work in progress...I can use it for pictures with the outside pretty much done and work on the interior when I feel like it. Plus, I keep adding things to the outside (loose car parts and things) when I find something I think would fit in!

Very nice build-up Tony! It looks killer all blacked-out and Stealthed.

I have always liked the SVO, as it showed sophisticated handling and performance can go hand-in-hand. But, when it debuted, the general public couldn't see paying $5,000 more for a car that had 5hp less than the GT, and performed at the same level in the quarter mile. The entire point of the SVO was lost to 99.9999999% of the auto buying public.........which is why less that 10,000 SVOs (1984, 1985, 1985.5, and 1986) were built.
