Mr.Zombie Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 (edited) Hello, I'd like to share some pics of what I did before I begann with model cars. Rambo and Conan are from Andrea Miniatures, the Thank Driver was an old Verlinden item with a sculpy head. They are in 1:32, 54mm scale and would fit into a matchbox. Enjoy! whale392 Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 I used to paint 25mm figures for the AD&D series and can attest to how hard it is to make a figure look 'right'. These are very well done; beautiful job!
Agent G Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Nice work, really nice work. Acrylics, oils or enamels? Inquiring minds want to know. G
EH225M Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 They're all fantastic!! I'm jealous of your eyesight too :-)
Mr.Zombie Posted September 19, 2011 Author Posted September 19, 2011 Thanks. I don't do them anymore, a shame, cuz I still have some left ... Wayne, I use all of that, Usually I ould basecoat with enamels, then shadow faces and flesh with oils, highlights with enamels mixed with oil, eyes, clothes, dirt with acrylics. But actually I don't have a general rule, Just make it up as I go along.
Dr. Cranky Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 Beautiful work. Nice collection you have there. Wow.
