Here is my question, how do or what do use to blacken the inside of the radiator screen. I see in the picks you guys blacken the inside of the radiator screen. Its ever so slightly, a blackting to it. OK you guys give up the hot tip. Do you use water color to give it that ever so slight black look. THANK YOU ALL for any help.

I usually use flat black testors paint really thinned down. Some grills are easier than others do get the right effect. If you have a couple in your parts box, practice on those first, keep a paper towel handy to dab up any extra. Good luck

I use mostly black ink from a art store.they sell many colors I have alot of them.I thin it down some and put it on.let it dry.then very lghtly wipe it off with a paper towel just a little water on it...it will come off and leave it in the recess's of grill or any ressed area.it wate based so it cleans up comepletely.you can use any of the model and paints ised in the hobby store but some are enamel based and you use the same process to wipe off the extra.you need to thin it way down to just sit in the recess places.good luck and try or learn how to do it on scapes pieces. Thanks,Chris
